Viral TikTok Shows What Pokemon Would Be Like in the Real World

With Season 2, Fortnite added a number of sealed vaults that contain high-tier weapons and items for players to collect, provided they have the keycard needed to unlock the vaults in their inventory. This is pretty much exactly how it's been done in Apex Legends since it introduced vaults back in October, and it’s not the only Apex-ish feature that’s now in Fortnite. In addition to the vaults, players have also taken notice of the game’s new Decoy Grenade, which deploys a clone that can move around and distract opponents, not unlike the Apex character Mirage.
Given how blatant the copying is with these “new” features, the Apex community was quick to notice and welcomed the latest installment of this ongoing saga by poking fun at Epic. All across the Apex Legends subreddit, players have shared a fair number of memes jokingly calling out the developer and accusing it of being unoriginal.

Obviously, though, that’s hardly the case. After all, Fortnite has brought its own share of innovation to the fold. Besides its building/resource gathering mechanics, the game is responsible for popularizing the seasonal models and battle passes more and more games are employing for their post-launch content these days. Sure, Apex may have arguably introduced more substantial gameplay innovations, but that doesn’t change the fact Apex Legends could stand to copy some of Fortnite’s newer features.
